Palm oil, Refind

Production method: Obtained from fresh oil palm fruit, followed by refining.

Ingredients: the oil contains lauric (42.5%), myristic (11.9%), stearic (7.4%), palmitic (6.3%), capric (3.8%), caprylic (3.3%) ) and other acids, vitamins A and E.

Properties and application in cosmetics:

• has an intense softening effect, especially recommended for dry, aging, flaky and rough skin;
  
• due to the high content of vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids, palm oil has a moisturizing effect on the skin, protecting it from drying and flaking;
• protects the skin from premature aging, wrinkles and age spots associated with hormonal imbalances or excessive exposure to solar ultraviolet radiation.

The oil is used in cosmetic products of various types and in soap making, as an emollient and anti-inflammatory component:

• night cream or mask for mature, fading, dry, flaky or rough skin (up to 100%);
• creams and oil mixtures (up to 20% of the total amount of oils);
• skin cleansers (up to 50%);
• for thickening and hardening cosmetics;
• in soap making.

Contraindications: individual intolerance.
