Bath salt with Lavender

For our bath salts, we use a mix of two types of salt - Sea Salt and Epsom Salt with Sodium, lavender essential oil and dried flowers. Magnesium sulfate (epsom salt or Epsom salt) helps relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and restore skin. Magnesium is also necessary to maintain normal blood pressure and heart function, without it there will be no strong bones, hair and nails.

Sea salt is also known for its beneficial properties, it consists not only of sodium chloride, but also small doses of iodine, potassium, magnesium and other substances. Baths with "sea" water are an effective way to combat toxins. Sea salt improves the body's ability to regulate temperature, tones and tempers the body, strengthens the immune system.

Lavender essential oil has a calming effect and restores mental strength, improves sleep, and helps to achieve inner harmony.

Application:

Add  salt to a bath of warm water, mix to dissolve completely. Relax and take a bath for 20-30 minutes while the water is at a comfortable temperature for you. After the bath, take a shower without soap and cleansers so that the skin continues to be nourished by the beneficial properties of salt and oil.

For maximum results, it is recommended to use 1-2 times a week.

Storage conditions: protect from direct sunlight, store in a dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C.

Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture. After opening, use within 3 months. The production date is indicated on the packaging.
